Jillian Curley

Jillian found her love of fitness while running track and field as a child and teenager. After graduating from Norwich University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training, she began a career with The Edge Fitness Clubs where she was a master plus personal trainer for 8 years. In 2012, she opened Collective Energies Fitness & Bodywork, which she ran simultaneously to owning the National Personal Training Institute of New England.

Jillian holds multiple certifications, including TRX Suspension & RIP Training, Kettlebell, Pre & Post Natal, Special Populations, Nutrition, Neuromyofascial Release, PNF Stretching, Accupressure, and Gua Sha, and is a Holy Fire Reiki II Practitioner. Jillian is certified in a very unique program called DMC, designed for rehabilitation and athletic performance. She is also a Soft Stretch Release Techniques (SRT) Specialist & Educator, a special form of fascial stretching and healing.

As a Neuromyofascial Therapist and SRT Specialist, Jillian’s bodywork has allowed her to work successfully with those suffering from conditions such as chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, PTSD and other mental health conditions. Her bodywork has also proven beneficial for improving mobility, enhancing the benefits of training, and increasing the overall health of an individual. No two treatments are the same, and Jillian loves the process of helping clients heal and seeing the improvements in their lives.

Jillian’s favorite aspect of being a personal trainer and bodyworker is empowering her clients to discover, and then live in, their strengths. She uses her education and gifts to restore the body back to its strongest design, helping her clients to break boundaries in all areas of life but especially in the gym. Her philosophies look at the body as a whole, restoring the systems that have taken a back seat and creating a new and powerful machine. She welcomes clients of all populations, and is looking forward to all of her new relationship with future clients.
